1. Free Plan

Each new user gets 1 contract analysis per week free of charge to evaluate our service.
Note: Free plan analyses do not count toward the 3-document refund eligibility limit mentioned below.

2. Subscription Plans

Pro Plan: USD $9/month (or $89/year) for 50 analyses per month

Max Plan: USD $29/month (or $299/year) for 200 analyses per month

Enterprise: Custom pricing for teams and organizations

📊 Daily Rate Billing System

Pro plans: $0.30 per day regardless of billing interval

Max plans: $1.00 per day regardless of billing interval

This ensures fair billing when upgrading, downgrading, or canceling mid-cycle.

All charges are processed via Paddle.com and recur automatically until cancelled.

3. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our service, you may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of your initial charge under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility:

Less than 3 analyses used: Full refund available within 14 days

3 or more analyses used: Refund amount = Payment - ($0.20 × number of analyses)

After 14 days: No refunds available

How to Request a Refund:

Contact billing@clausequick.com with your account email and reason for refund.

All eligible refund requests are processed within 1 business day.

Important: This refund policy applies to initial purchases only. Plan changes, upgrades, and downgrades are processed immediately with credits applied to your account for future billing cycles.

4. Cancellation & Plan Changes

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings or by contacting customer service. Access remains active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for cancellations.

🔄 Plan Changes

Immediate Effect: When you upgrade or downgrade, changes take effect immediately using our unified billing formula.

Billing Formula: Immediate payment = Target plan full price - Current plan remaining value

Account Credits: If the calculation results in a negative amount, the difference is credited to your account for future billing.

Your billing cycle resets to start from the change date with the new plan.

5. Service Availability

ClauseQuick is designed exclusively for English-speaking users worldwide. By subscribing, you confirm eligibility to use our service in your jurisdiction.
