Based on active subscription data from the past 12 months

1. Trial

Each user may analyse one document free of charge.
Note: Your free trial document does not count toward the 5-document refund limit below.

2. Subscription

The Pro Plan is billed USD $9 per month via Paddle.com.
The charge recurs automatically until you cancel.

3. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact support@clausequick.com within 7 days of the charge; we offer a no-questions-asked full refund.

Refund Coverage: Refunds apply to accounts that have analyzed ≤ 7 documents within the first 7 days. For higher-volume usage, we provide prorated credit after deducting processing costs (each additional document: $0.70 USD).

* EU customers have 14 days to request refunds unless they opt-in to instant service delivery at checkout.

4. How to Request Refund

Option 1 (Recommended): Go to your Paddle billing email → Click "Manage Subscription" → Select "Refund"

Option 2: Email support@clausequick.com directly. We process all requests within 1 business day.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime via the Paddle receipt link or by emailing us.
Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Feedback (Optional)

To help improve our product, you may optionally answer 1-2 questions when requesting a refund. This feedback helps us serve future customers better and does not affect refund processing speed.
