1. Use of the Service

• You may upload PDF or DOCX contracts up to 5 MB for AI-generated analysis.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or confidential without permission.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier: one complimentary analysis.
• Pro Plan: USD 9 / month, billed by our payment provider Paddle.com.
• Cancellation and refund rules are described in our Refund Policy.

3. Intellectual Property

All original content and software remain our property. You retain ownership of documents you upload.

4. Privacy

We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Uploaded files are deleted 24 hours after analysis.

5. Disclaimers

The Service offers informational insights, not legal advice. We make no warranties of accuracy or suitability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 3 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts where the developer is located.
